Hey friends! Can you believe school is back in session and August is coming to an end? To think we have nearly four months left of this year. Crazy huh? Can time slow down for a second please!

While pumpkin spiced lattes and cozy cardigans are coming, we can't forget that it's still summer time in the triple digits with lush green plants and penetrating sunshine. With that being said, I created this little summer weekend outfit for a casual relaxed feel to celebrate a last summer hoorah. 

My favorite part of this look is this comfortable pink knot top. Isn't this blush color gorgeous? Knot tops are all the rage this season, and they're great for transitioning into the cooler months. This little ribbed top is breathable and loose, perfect for running errands or going to class. And since this top is a button-up, it's nursing friendly as well. 

To keep this look relaxed for the summer heat, I paired this top with a pair of cuffed denim shorts. To transition this style into the Fall season, switch out the shorts with a pair of cropped denim and the Birkenstocks with a pair of booties.
