What are your hours of operation?
Of course shopsiloe.com is up and running 24/7, but our store hours vary!
M, T, TH, F, SAT 10am - 7pm
W 10am - 6pm
SUN CLOSED (except during holiday season: November 27 to December 18, 2016 from 1pm - 5pm.)
Can I get on your email list?

When will I receive my order?
Depending on what time of day you place your order, we usually have the order shipped out that day. Tracking information will be added once your item has been shipped. You should receive your Siloe shipment within 5-7 business days.
Can I change my order?
You can, but only if it has not been shipped yet. Please call us ASAP at 870.612.4925 or 501.230.5902
How do I return or exchange my item/s?
2. For an exchange, please email us the item name, size, and color you'd like to exchange your item with at email@example.com. That way, we can pull it from inventory so it isn't sold while we wait for your package to be sent back.
4. Carefully package your item/s and send to Siloe Returns; 181 S Central Ave, Batesville AR 72501.
How can I get discounts and freebies?

How does the VIP Reward Program work?
Our Trendy Ten VIP Reward Program is currently available for In-Store purchases only. For every $10 you spend, you get a cute dress hole punch. (pre-tax). Once you fill your card with 20 hole punches you save $10 on your "next" purchase!
On Gift Card purchases you get punches when the gift card is used. On Layway you get punches when the layway is paid in full.

What size should I order?
Siloe clothing comes from many different manufacturers, so we do not have a set size chart. Although we do find that most of our items run true to size! If a certain item runs differently, we will put a comment in the description of the product that can be seen while viewing the single product. We try and have measurements for every product to help you with sizing.
