**We are speeding our shipping process and most items ship out the same day if order placed before 3:00pm.**
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75. Otherwise it is only $5.99.

U.S. CONTINENTAL
1. It will take 1-2 days to process & ship out orders.
2. Tracking information will be added once your item has been shipped.
3. Most US orders will be received within 5-7 business days, but it will depend on the shipping service/rate you chose at the time of checkout.
4. Delivery time does not include weekends.
5. Cannot cancel or change orders once shipped.
6. Delivery dates in free & ground shipping methods are not guaranteed.
WE DO OUR BEST TO EDIT OUR PICTURES TO IN A WAY THAT BEST REPRESENTS THE ACTUAL PRODUCT IN COLOR AND FIT. SOMETIMES, PRODUCT MAY APPEAR DIFFERENT IN COLOR THAN IN PICTURE DUE TO DIFFERENT SCREENS, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR SUCH DIFFERENCE.

Hello, Siloe girls! We understand, mistakes happen. We are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of items.
The item(s) must be
- Returned within 30 days from receipt of purchase.
- We cannot accept worn, washed, or damaged items (including stains or odor) for return.
- We must have the tag attached to the item and the receipt to establish the price and date the item was sold.
We charge a $5 restocking fee for all clothing returns if choosing free shipping & $8 for shoes.
$5 restocking fee is waived if you choose to get store credit when returning the item in person to our store front.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
We do not accept returns on sale items, makeup, accessories, make up or jewelry.
We do NOT do exchanges anymore, please see below if you need to get a different size/color of the same product you have already ordered.
Items purchased during our shop more, save more sale events (BOGO free, BOGO 50%OFF, Buy $$ save $$, etc.) by default will be refunded to store credit unless you requested a monetary refund. In such case, the refund amount will be prorated to the appropriate discount amount.
Items purchased during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale (Nov 22-28) are not eligible for return if discount is 40% off or more.
In order to receive a refund for an item that was purchased during a promotion where we offered a free gift with a minimum purchase amount, you must also return all free accompanying items. This requirement is set to avoid potential abuse of our return policy by customers only wishing to obtain the free accompanying item. If you only need an exchange but not refund, we will issue store credit once we receive the item you wish to return. Make sure you contact us first before the end of the 30 day period to avoid the denying of the exchange.

How do I return item/s?
1. Complete the Return form sent in your shipment. Send it back with your item. You may print a return form if you no longer have the one that came with your shipment.
2. Shoes must be in the original packaging and box, taped or wrapped up. The box must be free of any damage.
3. If sending back any fragile, breakable items please use bubble wrap inside the package to prevent breaking.
4. Carefully package your item/s and send to Siloe Returns; 181 S Central Ave, Batesville AR 72501.
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your return.
How do I exchange item/s?
1. We do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we receive your return.
2. Please place a new order for the size you need.
3. We cannot hold items.
4. Complete the Return steps after you ordered your item.
INTERNATIONAL
Countries to which we ship internationally
We currently ship international orders to Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, China, Germany, India, and Australia.
Standard International
Standard International orders are usually delivered within 10-21 business days. Cost is based on weight and destination.
Priority International
Priority International orders are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. Cost is based on weight and destination.
Customs and Duties
Siloe Boutique does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. Countries may or may not assess a fee for your order entering the country. This does not always happen. But please be aware that it can happen, and that Siloe Boutique does not pay any fees.
