So I originally planned on showcasing you guys a winter outfit with mixes of C.C. Beanies and velvet crush pullovers.  A somber tone post with heavy, dark colors mixed with a touch of prep. But you're not getting that today. Sorry. #notsorry

Nope. Instead you're getting a coastal feel outfit with tidbits of artistic retro. What a way to describe an outfit huh?

So I saw these wide leg trousers and I was sold. Perhaps it's the inner 70's hippie in me. Plus no squeezing buttons and zippers. Only a stretchy waistband. 

These trousers also nicely balance out your bottom half. I tied up this white top to accentuate the waist. If you wear a really loose top you'll end up overpowering your figure. 

One thing I might add is that these trousers are very long. All my petite gals (like me) will need to wear heels.
