Hello, Siloe girls! We understand, mistakes happen. We are here to make your return/exchange process as smooth and easy as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of items. The item(s) must be returned with original tags attached within 30 days from receipt of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept worn, washed, or damaged items (including stains or odor) for return or exchange. We must have the tag and the receipt to establish the price and date the item was sold. We charge a $5 restocking fee (per item) for all returns; or if an exchange needs to be made, a $5 fee will be charged for clothing and a $9 fee will be charged for shoes to cover the return shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable.
We do not accept returns on sale items or jewelry.

How do I return or exchange my item/s?
1. For an exchange, please email us the item name, size, and color you'd like to exchange your item with at email@example.com. That way, we can pull it from inventory so it isn't sold while we wait for your package to be sent back.
2. Complete the Return/Exchange form sent in your shipment. Send it back with your item. You may print a return/exchange form if you no longer have the one that came with your shipment.
3. Carefully package your item/s and send to Siloe Returns; 181 S Central Ave, Batesville AR 72501.
