Return & Shipping Policy

Hello, Siloe girls! We understand, mistakes happen. We are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of items.

The item(s) must be

  • Returned within 30 days from receipt of purchase.
  • We cannot accept worn, washed, or damaged items (including stains or odor) for return.
  • We must have the tag attached to the item and the receipt to establish the price and date the item was sold.

We charge a $5 restocking fee for all clothing returns if choosing free shipping & $8 for shoes. 

$5 restocking fee is waived if you choose to get store credit when returning the item in person to any of our locations.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

We do not accept returns on sale items or jewelry.

We do NOT do exchanges anymore, please see below if you need to get a different size/color of the same product you have already ordered.

How do I return item/s?

1
. Complete the Return form sent in your shipment. Send it back with your item. You may print a return form if you no longer have the one that came with your shipment. 

2. Shoes must be in the original packaging and box, taped or wrapped up. The box must be free of any damage. 

3. If sending back any fragile, breakable items please use bubble wrap inside the package to prevent breaking.

4. Carefully package your item/s and send to Siloe Returns; 181 S Central Ave, Batesville AR 72501.

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your return.

 

How do I exchange item/s?

1. We do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we receive your return.

2. Please place a new order for the size you need.

3. We cannot hold items. 

4. Complete the Return steps after you ordered your item. 

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

U.S. CONTINENTAL

1. It will take 1-2 days to process & ship out orders.

2. Tracking information will be added once your item has been shipped.

3. Most US orders will be received within 5-7 business days, but it will depend on the shipping service/rate you chose at the time of checkout.

4. Delivery time does not include weekends. 

5. Cannot cancel or change orders once shipped. 

6. Delivery dates in free & ground shipping methods are not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL

Countries to which we ship internationally

We currently ship international orders to Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, China, Germany, India, and Australia.

Standard International
Standard International orders are usually delivered within 10-21 business days. Cost is based on weight and destination.

Priority International
Priority International orders are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. Cost is based on weight and destination.

Customs and Duties

Siloe Boutique does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. Countries may or may not assess a fee for your order entering the country. This does not always happen. But please be aware that it can happen, and that Siloe Boutique does not pay any fees.
