How do I return item/s?
1. Complete the Return form sent in your shipment. Send it back with your item. You may print a return form if you no longer have the one that came with your shipment.
2. Shoes must be in the original packaging and box, taped or wrapped up. The box must be free of any damage.
3. If sending back any fragile, breakable items please use bubble wrap inside the package to prevent breaking.
4. Carefully package your item/s and send to Siloe Returns; 181 S Central Ave, Batesville AR 72501.
How do I exchange item/s?
1. We do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we receive your return.
2. Please place a new order for the size you need.
3. We cannot hold items.
4. Complete the Return steps after you ordered your item.
1. It will take 1-2 days to process & ship out orders.
2. Tracking information will be added once your item has been shipped.
3. You should receive your Siloe shipment within 5-7 business days.
4. Delivery time does not include weekends.
5. Cannot cancel or change orders once shipped.
